Grand Illumination Celebration






You are cordially invited to our annual Grand Illuminations event where we will be celebrating the 90th birthday of Dr. George Claghorn '44 (EBTS), former Dean of Eastern Baptist College (1954-1961).

It's a Grand Illumination Celebration!



Enjoy fellowship, refreshments, and our beautiful poinsettia tree while visiting with fellow alumni and friends.

When: Saturday, December 5, 2009 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Where: Upper Walton Lounge of Walton Hall at Eastern University

Following the celebration at 8:00 p.m., you are welcome to join us in McInnis Auditorium for the December Dance Concert featuring performances by dance faculty and students.

To those who know Dr. Claghorn, whether you can attend the celebration or not, we invite you to contribute photos or written memories about Dr. Claghorn. A scrapbook of memories will be presented to him during the celebration. Submissions are due by November 30, 2009.

Dr. Claghorn has requested no gifts*. Your presence will be greatly appreciated.
