InterLibrary Loan (ILL)
What type of Interlibrary Loan is needed?
- EZ-Borrow
- Patron book loans can often be made directly from other libraries through the PALCI E-Z Borrow system. EZ-Borrow generally has a shorter delivery time than regular interlibrary loan for books. Patrons are encouraged to check for book titles in E-Z Borrow before filing an ILL book request. Often EZ-Borrow books can be received within 48 hours.
- Interlibrary Loan for Books
- Allow 10 business days for the processing of your interlibrary book request.
- Patrons who need chapters or articles from a book (rather than from a journal) should request the whole book for interlibrary loan. Please be sure to include the volume title in your request!
- Interlibrary Loan for Articles
- This form for ILL should be used to request a journal (or other periodical) article not available in the Library or the Library's databases. Please check the A to Z Journal list before requesting an article. Allow 10 business days for the processing of your interlibrary article request.
